What is your refund policy?
Online Courses
When it comes to our online courses, if you are unsatisfied, you may contact us within 30 days of enrollment and you may receive a full refund if you have not gone beyond the first lesson.
Digital Products
Because our other digital products, such as books or guides, are unable to be returned, we do not offer refunds on those items.
Non-Digital Products
If you have purchased a non-digital product from our online store and the item arrived damaged or defective, or it was not the one you ordered, we will be happy to replace the item or issue a refund. Simply take photos of the product, describe the problem, and send the email to info@DanicaDeLaMora.com.
Off-Site Purchases
In the event that you are unsatisfied with any of our products that you did not purchase directly from our online store, we have no control over replacement or refunds. Customer service for the off-site store must be contacted in that situation.

How do I schedule a consultation?
Once you have purchased a package or an individual service in the online store, you will receive a confirmation via email. At that point, you may visit the Appointments page by navigating to Services > Appointments. Find the date and time when you would like to make the appointment and fill out the necessary information. Please be sure to include the order number in the Details field. When your desired day and time are approved for availability, you will receive an additional confirmation by email.

You may take as long as you wish to complete the course. You will have lifetime access. This is the beauty of online classes because students have the ability to learn at their own pace and to revisit course material as often as needed.
