Shipping & Tracking
Process for merchandise:

Average domestic shipping times: 3-7 business days
Average international shipping times: 10-30 business days
Many of our products are produced only after the order has been placed, so production times may vary and may add a week or more to your estimated delivery, depending on production availability. Please factor production and shipping times into your purchase and make sure that your order is placed as quickly as possible if the products are needed in a timely manner. Wherever possible, we have added production times to the product description area.
On average, domestic shipping times in the United States range from 3 to 7 business days, while international shipping times range from 10 to 30 business days. Shipping times begin after production has been completed, and those production times may take a little longer at certain points of the year based on availability and demand.
Because we work with multiple printing companies all over the world, shipping times and prices vary and are subject to manufacturer availability and economic fluctuations.
When possible, we add estimated production times to the product description area.
The product prices displayed in the product catalog do not include shipping fees. The shipping fee is determined by the product, the manufacturer, and the distance between the manufacturer location and the delivery address. When possible, we try to offer free shipping. We make every attempt to do what we can to ensure that you receive your product(s) in a timely manner.
Please note that the shipping rates are created by the carrier service and that the rate is not negotiable. Unfortunately, we are not able to modify these fees.
Please allow a few days for tracking information to become available. Since many of our products are created only after being purchased, and product creation may take a few days, tracking information may not be available till the following week. Sometimes the tracking process is begun as soon as the order has been created, and you may receive an email for tracking information, but the tracking information is not actually created until the order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds
Returns or Exchanges on Tangible Merchandise
DanicaDeLaMora.com offers both digital and tangible products that are uniquely designed and created. Many of our tangible products are produced only when ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong color or size are ordered, or if the purchaser changes his or her mind.
In the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to replace the item(s) or issue a refund. In order to start the process, please describe the problem, take photos of individually affected items, as well as one photo of all of the items together, and email this information to info@DanicaDeLaMora.com so that we can confirm the issue for the printing facility.
Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for replacements or refunds in the event that incorrect shipping details are provided or when the wrong size or color is ordered. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and for making a proper determination when ordering the products you desire.
We are confident that you will enjoy our courses! If that is not the case, however, you may contact us within 30 days of enrollment and you may receive a refund if you have not accessed the material beyond the first lesson.
Because our other digital products are unable to be returned, such as books or guides, we do not offer refunds on those items.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with any of our products that you did not purchase directly from our online store, we do not have control over replacement or refunds. Customer service for that company must be contacted in that situation.
