This recipe is one of my favorites when it comes to vegan ranch dressing. Most people have something they miss from their old diets and this was one of the things I missed. So, after some experimentation, I have come up with a version that I like just as well as the old one. I hope you will enjoy it as well!
Vegan Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup oat milk plain
- 1 cup Vegenaise mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dill dried
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons parsley dried
- dash pepper
- salt to taste
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Be sure to refrigerate this vegan ranch dressing. I prefer to store it in a clean dressing bottle saved from store bought dressings.
If It is too creamy, you can add more vegan mayonnaise; if it is too thick, you can add more oat milk. I prefer oat milk for this recipe because I think that it most closely resembles milk in taste, but any milk alternative can be used.
